1). There is no guarantee of breakage of any product.
2). If any Jewellery is broken, if it can be repaired, then repairing service will be given.
3). There is a 100% refund of gold, GST will have to be paid on it.
4). On orders Jewellery can be a variation of 10% to 15%
5). The cash value of diamond will be deducted by 15%
6). There is no BUY BACK policy for Gems Stone.
7). You can replace any item that can be within 3 days.
8). If you replace any item after 3 days, then you will have to pay a making charge.
